Ctrl Alt Critique – Alien

Ctrl Alt Critique – Alien

First and foremost, I would like to apologise for how behind I am on my Doctor Who essays. Rest assured, I’m still working on these, and they will all be out within the next couple of weeks.

My reason for such a delay, however, is due to a shiny new project I’ve been working on with two of my closest friends. We’ve been working hard to start up our new weekly podcast series called Ctrl Alt Critique. We’ve now produced our first three episodes, with recording for episode four taking place tomorrow!

It has been an absolute delight working on these episodes. I’m very proud of how far we’ve come in such a short space of time, and am excited to see where this project goes in the weeks, months and years going forward.

Our latest episode covers Ridley Scott’s 1979 classic, Alien. In it, Bailey, Ad and I muse over the film as a whole, sharing our likes, dislikes and overall reaction to watching it over the years. There’s also plenty of daft tangents and silly sidenotes along the way.

It’s been a blast to work on this project, which is why I wanted to share this project with my dear readers. Please feel free to check it out and let me know your thoughts. Also, if anyone has any suggestions on films, games or tv shows you’d like us to cover, drop me a message and I will be sure to add it to our list!
